The Austin Air A250 HealthMate Plus Junior Filter (1PK) is the replacement filter designed for all Austin Air A250 HealthMate Plus junior size air purifiers.1

This filter provides enhanced protection compared to the standard HealthMate filter, specifically targeting a wider range of chemical pollutants, formaldehyde, VOCs, and smoke. It is an excellent choice for individuals with severe chemical sensitivities and for use in highly polluted or wildfire-prone areas.23

The enhanced filtration system uses a combination of materials:
Particulate Filtration: Certified True Medical Grade HEPA material, rated to capture 99.97% of airborne particles down to 0.3 microns and 95% of particles down to 0.1 microns. Dual particle prefilters are included to trap visible dust, hair, and dander.2
Gas and Chemical Adsorption: Approximately 6.5 lbs of a solid activated carbon and zeolite blend, which is further enhanced with potassium iodide impregnated carbon for targeted neutralization of chemical vapors, formaldehyde, and ammonia.432

This filter is designed for long-lasting use, with an expected filter life of up to 5 years under normal residential conditions. When ordering, choose the filter color (White or Black) based on the color of your Austin Air purification unit.
